Railroad


The Port of Decatur® is serviced by the Norfolk Southern Railroad and has access to the CSX Railroad. The Norfolk Southern Railroad and CSX Railroad spans across the Southeast, connecting Decatur with cities such as New Orleans, Charlotte, Baltimore, Detroit and other major hubs.

River System


The Tennessee River stretches out between Knoxville, TN and Paducah, Kentucky, navigated by a system of dams and locks. The river connects with the Tennesee-Tombigbee River, providing a link between Decatur, AL and the Port of Mobile.
