Parker Towing Company's Port of Decatur® is one of the busiest ports on the Tennessee River with access to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. The port handles a large portion of the more than five million tons of river freight that moves through Decatur, Alabama. Established in 1971, the Port of Decatur® is one of the oldest ports on the Tennessee River and is located at mile marker 304.1.
